🛍️ 1. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, please ensure:

✅ Return request is made within 7 days of delivery
✅ Item is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
✅ The product is in resalable condition with tags attached


🚫 2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and customization reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Undergarments or intimate-use items

  • Customized or personalized orders

  • Final sale / clearance products

  • ❌ Items that are used, damaged, or missing original tags/packaging


📦 3. Return Process

To return an item:

1️⃣ Contact us at support@cottonbeans.com with your Order ID, item name, and reason
2️⃣ Wait for our team to review and approve your request
3️⃣ Carefully repackage the item and send it to the provided address
4️⃣ Share the shipping tracking number with us

🚚 Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless we shipped an incorrect or damaged item.


💰 4. Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

✅ A refund will be issued to your original payment method (if approved)
⏳ Please allow 7–10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account

❌ Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Unauthorized returns

  • Items that fail our inspection

  • Shipments lost due to improper packaging
