We do not store any credit/debit card or banking information on our servers
All third-party payment processors are trusted and certified in Pakistan
🚫 3. Payment Failures or Errors
In case your payment fails:

Refunds for failed or duplicate transactions (if any) are typically processed within 3–5 business days, depending on your bank or wallet provider.
📦 4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
We offer Cash on Delivery for your convenience, subject to the following:
COD is available only in select major cities
Orders may require 10% advance payment.
Orders with a history of non-confirmation or refusal may be restricted from using COD
📞 A confirmation call or SMS may be made before dispatching COD orders.
💸 5. Payment Confirmation
Online payments are confirmed automatically and orders are processed within 1–2 business days
For bank transfers, please share your transaction receipt or reference number via email or WhatsApp for verification
Orders remain on hold until payment is verified
🎁 6. Discounts & Coupons
We occasionally offer promo codes and discount coupons 🎉
Only one coupon may be applied per order
Discount codes must be entered at checkout
Coupon values cannot be redeemed for cash or combined with free shipping thresholds unless stated otherwise
